Receptionist, Part-time

Front Desk Receptionist Location: Abraxas Woodridge Interventions, 2221 64th Street, Woodridge, IL 60517 Full‑time position, salary $18.00 per hour, shift varies. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain reception area tidy and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Control access and maintain security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year of office‑related experience. Other Qualifications At least 21 years of age. Valid criminal clearances (Act 33/34, state and child clearances, FBI if necessary). Proficiency with computers and office software. Must pass federal and state background checks covering crimes such as drug‑related, violent, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeat misdemeanors. Benefits Paid training.
