Team culture and clinical excellence is the foundation of our success and growth. Role Description Fitness forward physical therapist and/or pelvic floor therapist. This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Onward Physical Therapy, located in Paoli, PA. Part time options are available as well. The ideal PT candidate must understand the importance of relationship building, willingness to sell optimal plans of care to the client, and an intense desire for professional and personal growth. Onward Physical Therapy is the fastest and largest out-of-network franchise in the United States. We have in depth online education platforms for clinical and professional growth as well as in person company skills development weekends to make sure our product and service is the best in the industry. Qualifications We require at least 2 ICE Courses before hire (Institute of Clinical Excellence) Grind awareness Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness / desire to self promote at networking events and establishing community partners Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution required Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania Commitment to continual learning and professional development Salary & Benefits Commission is 50-55% of revenue collected (5-6 people / day, 5 days/week, 48 weeks/yr, will net a PT 120+k in pay/yr.)
