We are seeking an experienced, organized, and driven Windows & Doors Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Location: Pompano Beach (not a remote position)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience coordinating residential projects and accurately ordering impact windows and doors.
• Strong ability to review contracts, plans, product approvals, and building codes for permit compliance.
• Knowledge of Florida Building Code, permitting processes, and municipal requirements.
• Ability to identify discrepancies before orders or permit submissions.
• Experience handling project documentation and tracking permit approvals.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and submit HOA applications and documentation.
• Process orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with Florida building codes, permitting requirements, and local regulations.
• Register projects and submit permits through city and county portals.
• Track permit status, inspections, approvals, and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update status in the company system.
• Provide excellent customer service and project updates.
• Support the Project Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate with customers, HOAs, municipalities, vendors, and internal teams.

• $52,000 - $62,000/year (based on experience)
