California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney

Detail-oriented and efficient, the full-time California Licensed Workers' Compensation Attorney will review and edit Compromise and Release agreements remotely, ensuring accuracy and compliance before filing with the WCAB. Key responsibilities Review and edit C&R agreements and related documents for accuracy and completeness prior to filing Verify settlement terms against case files, ensuring all details align with legal requirements Communicate with internal teams to address corrections and maintain timely document processing Required qualifications Must be in good standing with the California State Bar Experience in a high-volume work environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Familiarity with C&R drafting and WCAB approval requirements is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
