Quality Assurance Technician

Meet all requirements of Sintel’s Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for this job.
- Perform production part inspection for first piece, in-process and final inspection using Prints, ISIR’s, Control Plans and various measurement gages.
- Set-up gaging for operators as requested.
- Assist customers and vendors with quality related issues.
- Assist operators and supervisors with inspection and quality issues/ problems.
- Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
- Ability to perform ISIR’s and create and submit PPAP documents per customer requirements
- Ability to fill out and follow-up to resolution non-conforming material using the 8D process..
- Perform and record gage calibration
- Perform inspection on outside special processes, i.e. E-coat, plating, etc…
You should be proficient in:
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Quality Control Experience
- Blueprint Reading
