As a Sales/Account Manager for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving our agency's success. You are responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agency growth goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and referral sources.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is a plus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
