Project Controls Manager

About the Role: Our client at I.K. Hofmann is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee multiple projects throughout the Southeast for a rapidly growing civil engineering firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting audits and reviews for both current and future projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, budget, and forecast for numerous projects. Conduct large audits and reviews to ensure project efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering 5 years of project controls experience in an engineering services company or a closely related field. Experience with (Deltek) VantagePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Strong ERP experience. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal staff and external clients professionally and promptly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Earned Value tools, resource management and project productivity #J-18808-Ljbffr
