RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone. Service beginning of day tasks including: Late pays Supporting document collection Corporate notifications Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries Maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be coachable above all else. Property and Casualty License prior to start date. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
