You will translate clinical needs into a real-time, data-driven roadmap that improves bed capacity, discharge workflows and throughput. You will spend time on the floor with bed managers, nursing leaders and operations teams, define integrations with EMR/ADT, and track impact on length of stay and ED boarding for customers.
