Assistant Store Manager We are seeking talented candidates for the Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is the nation’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Lead, train, and provide safety guidance and motivation to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals. Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Frequently perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, absences, or other factors. Qualifications Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience. Current and valid driver’s license. We can train candidates without prior vehicle maintenance experience who meet the above criteria. Benefits Competitive wage.
