We’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Morristown, NJ, seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts & Estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful exposure to estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related private-client matters.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and clients, gaining hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to build a long-term career in this specialized practice.

What You'll Work On

• Assist with sophisticated estate planning and administration matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
• Assist with trust and estate administration
• Support probate matters and related court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, financial professionals, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing
• 1+ years of experience in trusts & estates, estate planning, probate, or a closely related practice
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, client-focused approach
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Trusts & Estates

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
