Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist in our Austin based Art Studio. The Four Hands Art Studio is a modern art and design studio that produces unique and compelling imagery on specialized media. This position will partner with Account Executives to build and grow our customer relationships. A strong candidate will be a team-oriented self-starter that wants to help us achieve the next level.  This position requires an individual who has the desire and drive to fully own their role and responsibilities in the company. 

A successful Sales Support Specialist at Four Hands will know how to execute all of the responsibilities of the position and:

• Focus on building long-term relationships with the customer

• Partner with Account Executives and Art Development team to achieve maximum results from all customer relationships
• Maintain understanding of and communicate customer requirements, including ordering process, lead times, special labeling, shipping procedures
• New order entry into manufacturing queue, proactively monitoring open orders for status updates 
• Respond to Customer Service-related inquiries ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner, including order status inquiries, claims and returns 
• Improve customer-service quality by resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change
• Coordinate new product implementation; presentations, training materials, and product information

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions and work independently
• Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
