Territory Business Manager – Hemophilia — KS/MS/AR If you’re passionate about advancing care for individuals living with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders and you thrive in a relationship-driven, mission-focused sales environment — this is your opportunity to lead with purpose. You’ll own a large, high-visibility territory and play a critical role in expanding access, strengthening partnerships, and driving measurable growth. What You’ll Own Build and deepen relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), hematologists, institutions, advocacy groups, and community leaders Engage directly with patients and caregivers to support awareness and access Drive territory performance through strategic planning and disciplined execution Develop and implement a focused business plan to achieve revenue and market growth objectives Represent the organization at advocacy events, forums, and chapter meetings Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Managed Care, and Trade Relations teams Identify new opportunities while strengthening long-standing partnerships Maintain compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment What Success Looks Like Sustained territory growth across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee Trusted, long-term partnerships within the bleeding disorders ecosystem Strategic expansion of referral networks and market penetration Meaningful engagement with patient advocacy communities What You Bring Proven success managing large geographic territories Strong understanding of the hemophilia or bleeding disorders market Experience engaging with HTCs, institutions, and advocacy organizations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Willingness to travel 50–80% (including occasional overnights and weekends) #J-18808-Ljbffr
