About the Role Our client is seeking a talented and results-driven E-commerce Social Media Specialist to manage and grow their social media presence from their Welkom office. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter to support e-commerce sales goals. Create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and copy, optimized for each platform. Monitor social media conversations, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for campaign optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and promotional activities. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget oversight and A/B testing for maximum effectiveness. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement rates. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and consumer behavior online.
