PCU RNs - Take Charge of Your Schedule!

Shifts Available: 7a-7p & 7p-7a

PCU RN Qualifications

Valid Virginia RN License
At least 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the last 4 years
Current AHA BLS Certification
Current AHA ACLS Certification
Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the last 12 months
COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
Additional certifications may be necessary depending on the facility assignment

Your Responsibilities

As a PCU RN with our organization, you will deliver exceptional patient care in acute-care hospital settings. Your duties may include:

Evaluating, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
Tracking cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
Administering medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintaining precise and timely electronic medical records
Adhering to facility infection-control and patient-safety protocols
Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans
Professionally adapting to various hospital units and environments
