Emergency Department Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated ER Nurse to join a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department, providing critical care to pediatric and adult patients. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Qualifications Include Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred). No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience is preferred. EMT or ER experience is preferred. Skills And Attributes Strong communication and collaboration skills.
