LPN Medication Care Manager - Senior Living

As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards What We’re Looking For Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred Salary Pay Range: 29.25 - 39.05 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer Sunrise Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
