JOB SUMMARY
The MAC Field Sales Partner is a field-based selling and coaching leader responsible for driving sales performance, retail excellence, and brand execution across assigned M·A·C Free Standing Stores and Retailer Locations within a defined territory. This role is highly consumer-facing and spends majority of the time in-store, leading side-by-side selling, coaching retail teams, executing events, and strengthening retail partner relationships. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the Field Sales Partner ensures consistent delivery of M·A·C standards across artistry, service, merchandising, and education while supporting Field Executive Sales Manager in the development of retail locations, talent, and business capabilities.Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years’ cosmetic retail experience preferred, including artistry, event, and selling ability. Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Ensure delivery of overall sales plan by door/territory. Strong understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture and cosmetic industry, focused on coaching of specialty multi team and shoulder to shoulder execution. Customer‑obsessed beauty professional who brings creativity, passion, and energy to deliver exceptional, best‑in‑class service experiences that drive sales. Understanding the current beauty trends and ability to leverage those insights to drive sales. Ability to see problems and develop action plans to get past them (inventory/stock issues, staff performance, turnover, logistical issues related to events, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment across multiple brands (where applicable) and across multiple locations. Able to manage time and juggle multiple priorities. Strong social media and digital engagement skills. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on the needs of the business. Must be able to be on the sales floor for length of shift. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to lift at least 30lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license to operate ELC Fleet vehicle. Create a climate of safety awareness, ensure safety standards are maintained consistently, and actively help prevent work-related incidents and illnesses.Pay Range: The anticipated hourly range for this position is $68,464.00 to $102,696.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
