Experience & Qualifications:? Active Florida Adjuster All Lines (0620) license preferred. Customer-facing Claims experience required.? Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.? High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.?? Core Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.? Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??
