Enjoy the support, benefits, and career opportunities that come with being part of the Smile Brands network.Schedule (days/hours): Monday thru Thursday 6:45 to 4:30 & Friday 7-12ResponsibilitiesAssist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safetyPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for proceduresTake dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient recordsEducate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure careMaintain strict infection control and sterilization protocolsSupport smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-outCollaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality careQualificationsMeet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employmentCurrent CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient careCompensation: $23-$25/hourBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
