Omm IT Solutions is seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer for on-site work in Woodlawn, MD. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing AWS Connect processes, and building AI agents for contact center applications.
Candidate must have 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in AWS, Node.js, Python or Java, and 3+ years in Amazon Connect. Willing to obtain public trust clearance and work on-site five days a week.
