Today, we are expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.What You Will DoLead and develop a team of Product Design and NPI Engineers supporting new product introductions and manufacturing launches.Review new product programs and manufacturing launches from a product engineering perspective to ensure successful implementation.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and successful product transfers into production.Lead activities related to First Tool Evaluation, Product Validation Testing, line qualification, and production ramp-up.Support failure analysis activities and provide engineering solutions to achieve product performance and quality targets.Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product quality and design intent.Serve as the bridge between the manufacturing site and global Design Centers for Datacenter Connectivity solutions, including liquid cooling cages, bypass cables, and external cable assemblies.Lead engineering support for customer quality issues, cost reduction projects, yield improvements, product modifications, and product extensions.Work with local and international vendors to build products.Work with global Product Design Engineering stakeholders to organize and lead design engineering activities at the site.Build a high-performing engineering team through coaching, talent development, and career growth planning.Foster a culture aligned with Molex and Koch's Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy.What You BringEducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related Engineering disciplines.Experience8–10 years of experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing launches of electromechanical products.3–5 years of people leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding engineering teams.Experience in product design and manufacturing environments within electronics, automotive, consumer products, or related industries.SkillsStrong product design, engineering problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.Experience with design validation, testing, and product qualification activities.Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems used for product development and release.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Demonstrated leadership capability in building, developing, and managing engineering teams.Nice to HaveExperience in connector products or related electromechanical industries.Knowledge of stamped metal, plastic overmolding, die casting, sheet metal, or machined components.Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and failure analysis techniques.Familiarity with assembly processes used in connector manufacturing.Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices.Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM.Why Join UsModern, American-standard work environmentPBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growthFull salary during probation24/7 occupational safety insurance from day onePremium health insurance after just 2 monthsMost Saturdays offShuttle service for convenient commutingGlobal career development through KOCH's Talent Exchange ProgramAnnual summer tripCompetitive total compensation based on contribution, including: Base salary, allowances, overtime, 13th-month salary, performance & spot bonuses, and service awardsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
