## Strategic Communications ConsultantApply: US - DC, Washington: Full time: Posted Yesterday: 43646**Job Family:**Operational Effectiveness Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 25%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Secret**What You Will Do:*** Support daily office management functions, develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity, while applying a basic understanding of international relations to support global stakeholder interactions and cross-cultural coordination.* Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and post-event evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.* Provide high-level executive assistant services, expertly managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, meeting coordination, and daily administrative tasks with proactive prioritization and attention to detail.* Develop internal and external communications, speeches, press materials, training content, and written materials.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"SECRET\" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE \"SECRET\" or higher-level clearance are preferred.* Bachelor's degree* THREE (3) or more years of experience providing strategic communications, operations support, administrative coordination, financial oversight, or any other relevant experience.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Experience supporting public affairs and administrative activities for senior-level officialsThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
