Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly desired
• Comfortable with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with education teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop effective treatment strategies
• Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams as needed
• Offer support and strategies for classroom teachers to aid student success
