Job Full Description Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm (some Saturday's)
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding and fabricating parts for various applications, including structural, industrial, or custom components. This position involves reading blueprints, using fabrication tools, and performing precise MIG and/or TIG welding.

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding and fabricating parts for various applications, including structural, industrial, or custom components. This position involves reading blueprints, using fabrication tools, and performing precise MIG and/or TIG welding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Measure, cut, and fit parts to specification.
- Operate various metal fabrication equipment such as shears, saws, grinders, and brakes.
- Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet strength and appearance standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure timely job completion.
- 2+ years of welding experience (MIG).
- Aluminum Experience is a Plus.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and metalworking equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Welding certification preferred
