We are seeking a Chemical Blend Operator / Yard Support professional to assist with chemical blending, loading, and day-to-day yard operations at an industrial services facility. This role supports field operations by ensuring materials are prepared, handled, and loaded safely while maintaining an organized and compliant yard environment.

This is a safety-sensitive, hands-on position that requires reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Blend chemicals according to work orders and job requirements
• Load trucks and tankers with chemical products
• Assist with receiving and offloading chemical deliveries
• Maintain the yard, storage areas, and loading dock
• Control yard and facility access as needed
• Support dispatch and coordination of field crews
• Perform basic tanker checks and assist with servicing
• Complete daily activity and vehicle logs
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Assist with general yard and shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug/alcohol screening
• Comfort working in industrial and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy hoses and equipment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
• Oilfield, chemical, plant, or yard experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in varying weather and temperature extremes
• Exposure to industrial equipment, chemicals, and noise
• Use of PPE including FR clothing, hard hat, gloves, eye protection, and H2S monitoring
• Confined space work may be required with training
