Later you might be mentoring a local COTA, sharing your expertise and supporting their professional growth. As part of our hybrid model, you’ll provide virtual clinical consultation and oversight to team members across California, serving as a trusted OT resource and partnering with families, service providers, and educational teams to ensure continuity of care and high-quality services. We’re looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (full-time or part-time) to support children and families throughout Visalia and surrounding Central Valley communities. Location & Work Model Visalia | Tulare | Hanford | Porterville | Surrounding Areas Hybrid position combining in-person and virtual support Pay $47.50 - 53.47/hr* *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).
