Your Next HR Opportunity Starts Here: PeopleShare is Now Hiring for an HR Administrator HR Administrator Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM Pay rate: $20-25/hour HR Administrator Job Description: Lead full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and hiring to maintain staffing levels. Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to support employee engagement and company culture. Communicate HR policies, procedures, benefits, and compliance requirements to employees. Administer employee benefits enrollment and benefits education programs. Maintain accurate HR records, including employee lifecycle transactions and personnel data. Support workplace safety by investigating incidents and preparing insurance-related reports. Manage compensation and workforce planning activities, including wage surveys and HR budgeting. Oversee employee separations, exit interviews, and related documentation. Monitor attendance, employee relations, and disciplinary matters while recommending retention strategies. Coordinate training and development programs, process payroll, ensure regulatory reporting, and represent the organization in employment-related matters.
