We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Office Manager to join our team and oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our facility. Why Join Us? Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and eligibility processes. Track and manage Medicaid redeterminations. Maintain facility census and report resident status changes. Manage resident RFMS, including reconciliation and monthly statement distribution. Participate in billing, payment posting, collections, and preparation of bank deposits. Conduct collection activities and follow up on delinquent accounts. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Business Office staff, including implementing disciplinary actions when necessary. Schedule and assign work duties while ensuring operational goals and deadlines are met. Attend stand-up meetings and leadership meetings as requested by the Administrator. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Business Office experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred. Strong working knowledge of Medicaid, managed care authorizations, billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. Experience managing resident trust accounts and census reporting. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing software.
