Work Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm (Full Time and Part Time) Who You Are: We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Certified Nursing Assistant for or skilled nursing facility. The candidate will have a genuine interest in geriatric care, be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents, and constantly strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and work towards accomplishing facility goals. Requirements: Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing, and exercising. Assists residents in and out of bed or wheelchair with proper transfer equipment. Records vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary. Maintains organized and fully stocked bedside unit. Changes linens, makes beds and keeps resident rooms tidy. Responds to all call lights promptly. Assists in ensuring the maximum quality of life for all residents by maintaining privacy, accommodating individual preferences, promoting independence, encouraging and assisting participation in facility activities and events, and communicating respectfully. Maintains continuous communication with team leaders.
