This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team at the PEP Prentiss Autism Center, providing essential speech-language pathology services to students with moderate to severe autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Qualifications and Experience:

• Holds a valid Ohio SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Prior caseloads including students with ASD, with deep understanding of evidence-based practices for autism
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders for students with ASD
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Regularly track student progress and update documentation according to school protocols
• Offer in-service training and consultation to teachers, aides, and classroom teams to optimize communication supports
