Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to IEPs and assessment findings
• Assess and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized programs
• Provide strategies and resources to staff and families to support student mobility and participation
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and data collection
• Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements for school-based therapy
