Assignment Details

Start/end: Starts 11/1, ongoing; full-time 7 on/7 off, minimum 14 shifts/month
Schedule: 12-hour inpatient shifts 7a-7p plus overnight beeper call; beeper call, 20-min response
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient
Volume: 15 patients/shift
Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified
Support: 3 RNs, 9 MAs, 4 PA/NPs
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 90 days

Clinical Details

Required scope: General adult urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, PCNL, ureteroscopy (with laser), radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery (including partial nephrectomy/intraoperative ultrasound), adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL
Preferred scope: Penile prosthesis
Must be able to perform ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy

Requirements

Board certified or truly board eligible (within 5 years)
License: WA or IMLC
ACLS, BLS
Active DEA
