Job Posting Elements Massage Central Scottsdale is excited to announce the addition of therapeutic skin care services to the studio offerings and is currently seeking licensed estheticians to join the growing team. Compensation and Benefits Team members make between $40 - $65/hourly Discount on retail products Discount on Massage Therapy services Healthcare contribution 401K match contribution Full 2-week intensive facial & skincare training Qualifications and Skills Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality Must be comfortable selling retail products to all clients and sending all clients home with an at home regimine A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.
