Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
If you're an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full accounting cycle, this opportunity offers broad exposure across cash management, AP/AR, invoicing, financial reporting, and month-end processes. You'll play a visible role supporting leadership with accurate financial information and cash flow insights.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Manage daily accounting operations, including cash receipts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Oversee client invoicing, collections, cash flow reporting, and revenue generation activities.
Monitor project accounting data, WIP balances, revenue recognition, and financial accuracy within Vantagepoint.
Prepare monthly financial reports, account analyses, dashboard metrics, and management reporting.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities, including payroll reviews, tax filings, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition principles.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; Vantagepoint experience preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail.
