• Job Schedule: Part-time
• Weekly Hours: 25.00
• Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.50

Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

The role involves utilizing equipment to gather blood and other fluid samples from patients and residents. You will explain the procedures to them and collect relevant information in a professional manner. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and managing blood samples and other specimens while ensuring the safety of patients and residents during the process.
• Accurately recording and documenting patient and resident information.
• Adhering to all standard procedures and safety regulations, employing aseptic techniques during phlebotomy.
• Engaging with patients and residents to gather their health information and addressing any inquiries regarding phlebotomy procedures.

• A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
• Certification as a phlebotomist is necessary for this position.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, along with prior phlebotomy experience and experience in a laboratory setting, is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
