What You Will Do Inspect & evaluate equipment: complete initial rental inspections, equipment condition reports, and damage assessments to ensure machines meet quality and safety standards. Perform maintenance & repairs: conduct basic maintenance, diagnose service issues, and perform repairs to keep rental equipment operating at peak performance. Verify equipment readiness: test the operational capabilities and safety of rental, new, and sold equipment before it goes into service. Deliver top‑notch service to customers: communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process. Document service activities: accurately record inspections, repairs, parts used, fluids consumed, and other service‑related information on work orders. Prioritize safety at all times: follow safety guidelines and procedures. Collaborate with the team: work closely with peers and leadership to complete work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive, team‑focused attitude. Keep the shop tidy and organized: maintain a clean and efficient work environment. What You Will Need Mechanical aptitude: experience operating, maintaining, or repairing equipment, with construction equipment knowledge preferred. Effective communication abilities: clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team. Ability to work independently and collaboratively: work well independently and as part of a team. Keen attention to detail: pay close attention to the specifics. Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
