Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Planning
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to lead end-to-end supply strategies for a growing portfolio of oncology programs. The role encompasses S&OP/D&OP process leadership, inventory management, launch planning, and supply network optimization across clinical and commercial phases.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global supply chain strategies for clinical development and commercialization programs
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning and Development Operations Planning processes with cross-functional alignment
- Develop inventory strategies, capacity plans, and supply network designs supporting portfolio growth
- Establish supply chain risk management frameworks, contingency planning, and business continuity protocols
- Guide implementation of supply chain planning systems and master data governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, chemistry, or related field
- 20+ years of supply chain experience
- MBA preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in S&OP and demand-supply planning processes
- Experience with supply chain systems, ERP implementation, and digital tools
- Track record managing pharmaceutical or biotech supply networks
