- Types of Cases: GI- 25%, Ortho- 13%, ENT 8%, Pain- 7%, Podiatry-2%, General- 2%, Plastics- 16%, Urology- 27%
- Supervision or independent: supervision capacity (supervising CRNAs), Solo coverage
- Specific requirements/restrictions: BC/BE, PA license or IMLC, PA DEA, 90 days credentialing timeframe, Locum must be comfortable with all cases: General Anesthesia, Cardiac Anesthesia, Peds, OB, Nerve blocks, Locum must be willing to work at both locations.
