Job Summary:

• Operate vertical and horizontal band saw, including setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload materials manually or with equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any potential hazards.
• Assist with general labor tasks, such as material handling and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• This is a first shift position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating band saws.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and machinery.
