Nurse Practitioner AlignMed Partners is hiring a full‑time Nurse Practitioner for the Hilltop Center located in Hilltop, WV. The position requires 32–40 hours per week. Compensation Base pay: $101,750.00 / yr – $117,000.00 / yr. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered. Yearly average of $13,000 through the no‑cap incentive compensation program. Overview Sub‑Acute, Long‑Term Care is a sector of healthcare offering work‑life balance with no on‑call or weekend shifts. Responsibilities Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. Collaborates on‑site with the Center Leadership Team for center‑specific goals and priorities. Works with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient‑specific medical care. Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers. Works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners’ mission of improving the lives we touch through high‑quality health care and everyday compassion. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program. Licensed as a registered nurse. Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP (or other specializations based on business need). Minimum of two years’ experience working with adult or geriatric populations preferred. Unrestricted APRN license and DEA where practice allows.
