Regional Controlling Manager

Align the strategic financial plan locally by defining and outlining goals and activities Conduct monthly and year-end closure actions, including corresponding reporting Prepare the Annual Operating Plan, monitor budget deviations, develop Key Performance Indicators, and coordinate improvement initiatives Oversee the investment planning process and run Investment Evaluation Analysis Monitor and ensure legal and financial compliance Manage the Controlling structure of the location and/or legal entity and contribute to tools improving financial accuracy Coordinate and monitor fulfillment of legal and internal Health, Safety and Environment requirements Lead by example in line with Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct Develop employees, drive Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and foster a proactive work culture Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and foster teamwork across the organization Drive a customer-oriented business strategy and provide support for successful outcomes Anticipate future trends and proactively drive necessary changes Inspire and motivate self and others while taking accountability for actions and results Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Professional-Level English language skills preferred Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of standard cost accounting systems Experience with QAD/Manufacturing Pro is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to relocate and travel as required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial planning, compliance, and reporting within a manufacturing environment, while effectively leading teams and driving talent management initiatives.
