Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Donut Spot 9700. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a flexible work schedule and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervise and train staff members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible work schedule
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
