As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to manage and direct patient care activities, ensuring adherence to our high standards of mental health practice and facility policies. Your leadership will contribute to our hospital's mission and objectives, guiding our dedicated team of RNs, MHTs, Providers, and Program Therapists towards excellence in patient care.

Your Work Matters

• Develop a system for continuity of care and communication with patients
• Implement program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate and evaluate treatment planning
• Conduct and document monthly program meetings

• Provide leadership and direction to staff
• Orient new employees and provide education

Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:

• Education & Licensure: Master's Degree specializing in social work or a clinical related mental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed in Social Work or Clinical related mental health area issued by the State of Washington.
• Experience: Three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• Additional Skill Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training within 60 days of employment. Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission /CMS, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is up to $110,000 annually. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Program Director!
