Primary Job Title: Case Management Registered Nurse

Location: Lodi, CA

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details:

Position Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: $65/Hr
Shift / Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday with variable weekends, no on-call
Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary: Case Management RN position requiring a minimum of 1 year of acute care management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform case management duties in an acute care setting

Education Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Case management certification preferred

Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year acute care management experience
Experience in a care management role preferred

Required Skills:

Cerner experience
