Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Director of Internal Communications to lead the enterprise-wide function during a digital and cultural transformation. You will shape the strategy, build a modern, data-driven program, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to translate priorities into clear, compelling employee communications.
