Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing. Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure ready condition, and schedule outstanding items with maintenance. Follow up on all leads in CRM/PMS within 24 hours. Complete daily work order callbacks to ensure resident satisfaction. Follow company policies and procedures. Complete required monthly training in the company’s LMS. Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic, using internet marketing tools and community‑specific plans. Ensure community and show units meet quality standards by inspecting leasing tours and communicating maintenance needs. Execute lease renewal activities: prepare renewal letters, meet with residents, and ensure documents are signed on time. Respond quickly and courteously to resident and owner concerns, resolve issues, and convey requests appropriately. Perform other related duties as assigned. Competencies Sales and closing ability with objection handling and follow‑up discipline. Customer service excellence, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Deescalation skills with frustrated residents. Communication skills, clear and professional etiquette. Fair Housing and legal compliance knowledge. Marketing and CRM proficiency. Organization and administrative ability. Team collaboration. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, walking, giving tours, and meeting potential residents. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse various properties with stairs and in varied weather conditions. Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience in multifamily leasing. Strong customer service skills. Entrata experience preferred.
