POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION: HR Coordinator/ Payroll Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: Marshalltown, IA
SALARY CLASS : Salary non-exempt
SHIFT : 2 nd Shift - Hours will vary
Tentative 3:30pm – 12:00am
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Communication Skills a must.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to calmly and effectively handle stressful situations.
- Results oriented. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with PeopleSoft/SAP and proficiency in MS Office)
- High School degree required some college preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with company Payroll procedures
- Audit Payroll
- Assist with coordinating employee benefits
- Handle confidential Human Resources information.
- Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP
- Perform other duties as assigned
