Kapco Inc. is looking for a Brake Press Operator on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities Safely set-up and operate company production equipment Understand and use measuring and testing equipment Read and understand blueprints and other engineering specifications Perform housekeeping, organization, documentation for quality and system labor reporting daily Attend meetings and participates on continuous improvement projects Troubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if needed Follow the production schedule for the area and reports sub-standard rates Other duties as assigned About Kapco Metal Stamping Kapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
