Dental Practice Manager

SNI Companies is working with a non-profit in Philadelphia who is seeking a Dental Practice Manager. The Dental Practice Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of a dental practice, ensuring efficient daily operations, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to optimize workflows, manage staff, support financial performance, and improve the overall patient experience. Responsibilities include team leadership, scheduling, patient access, compliance oversight, vendor coordination, and support for revenue cycle activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the dental practice.
• Supervise office workflows, staffing coverage, scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Support financial performance by overseeing insurance verification, payment collection, fee schedule administration, billing coordination, preauthorization, and referrals.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to improve productivity, manage resources, reduce risk, and maintain quality standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for staff, patients, vendors, and external partners, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee office supply ordering, equipment coordination, records requests, and general administrative support functions.
• Track operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement process enhancements to support patient care and business goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; support employee development, performance management, and team accountability.
• Maintain effective communication across departments and contribute to strategic planning, quality improvement, and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Several years of experience in dental practice management, healthcare operations, or a related leadership role.

Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour, based on experience.
